Artist's Statement::
Pat's art is a reflection of the tensions that exist between mankind and the natural environment. It addresses havoc that man has done to the natural world and the devastations that nature has wreaked upon humans. She searches for ways to create harmony and reconsiliation of this situation both in her media and content. Stone and wood speak for the physical w orld while rusted steel addresses human abuse of our world. Her work generates a conversation of peace and spiritual quiet. In today's world many of us cry out for such a healing.
