| Helping the Carving Studio and Sculpture Center | ||
 Membership
in the Carving Studio and Sculpture Center helps to support our educational
mission and artist in residence program. Benefits include our quarterly
newsletter, announcements of exhibits and events and the opportunity to
purchase stone at 50% below the current market rate. Artist members may
participate in our Annual Members’ Show in the spring and are entitled to a
page on our website featuring their artwork.In 2000 the Carving Studio and Sculpture Center began an ambitious Capital Campaign for renovations and expansion to our facility. Funds raised have been used to purchase our property, install a new roof, connect to the West Rutland municipal water system and more. This effort is ongoing and we appreciate financial support. Please contact the Studio for information about this worthwhile program. Sponsors of Scholarships make one and two-week workshop sessions possible for many who would not otherwise be able to attend.
